Arlberg weather

Snow, sunshine, and green meadows in Vorarlberg

An Iceland low and an Azores high will continue to determine the winter weather in our area throughout the upcoming days. After another passage of a cold front on Friday morning along with a decrease in temperatures very mild conditions will settle in at the weekend and the beginning of next week. Then, a tail end of an Azores high will determine the weather. The frontal path from the Atlantic will be pushed away to the north, consequently sunshine will mostly determine the sky. On Sunday large cloud banks will mark a deep influx of warm air. Precipitation may temporarily fall on Sunday night. The snow line will be barely below 2000 m above sea level. The sun will return to the skies already on Monday and it will prevail on Tuesday. A significant change in weather is not expected until next week.
