Restaurant manager (m/f)

Experience an exciting winter season in one of the best ski resorts in the world!
From the coming winter season, we are still looking for an Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team of four different restaurants awarded with two hats.

Main duties:

  • Ensuring a smooth process in the entire F&B area
  • Operational involvement in the daily F&B business
  • Management of restaurant team in cooperation with the department heads
  • Guaranteeing the highest possible standard of service
  • Establishing and maintaining supplier contacts
  • Contact person for our guests
  • Complaints management
  • Optimal cooperation with other departments of the company
  • Cost-conscious and economical use of equipment and utensils

Who we're looking for:

  • You love making your guests happy and feel at home in our restaurant
  • You have a relevant education and several years of professional experience in the upmarket hotel sector
  • You know the internal processes of a hotel
  • You have sound knowledge of food, drinks, especially wine
  • You like to organise and always maintain good overview

  • You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written (further foreign languages would be an advantage)

Main duties:

  • Organisation of a smooth reception and reservation process

  • Contact person for our guests

  • Significant participation in the reservation process
  • Manage our Channel Manager as well as optimal occupancy rate of guest rooms

Our kitchen is responsible for four different restaurants with 6 different menus, including an award-winning restaurant (two Gault Millau hats). We are looking for a Chef de Partie to support our kitchen team:

  • Processing of selected, high-quality products
  • Professional preparation and creative arrangement of desserts
  • Responsibility in the field of patisserie
  • The opportunity to contribute your own creative product ideas

  • You already have some experience in this field
