Goal: of my workshops is that the participants find their balance again. Recharge their energy and take away tips for everyday life to recognize stressful situations faster, improve body awareness and take time out to keep your strength. 

We all know it. We're tired, weary, irritable. Our schedule is overloaded. Stress and pressure accompany us more and more in everyday life. Professionally and privately. And everything has to be perfect!
The perfect job, the successful manager, the perfect mother and housewife, the perfect relationship. We all strive for.... Towards what? After an image that is given to us or really after what our body tells us? 

With all the "outside" we think less and less about ourselves, get more and more into a stress spiral and to our limits and do not even realize what we demand from our body and our health.

Our body needs the balance, the calmness, the mental power and strength. All this we can easily incorporate into our everyday life and apply. Through simple exercises we can decelerate our body, give it the necessary time out and thus fill up with new strength and energy. 

And how, I show in my retreat. Treat yourself to a time-out from everyday life, from obligations, and take time for yourself and your health. 

My name is Nicole Weikart, mom of two children, and I know the pressure and stress we are under. We always want to give everything and always more than 100 percent. But in the process, one thing always comes up short: our health. Day 1 Arrival: 
Retreat from 5.00-6.30 pm: Getting to know each other / insight into the retreat / small relaxation technique.

Day 2: 
Retreat in the morning from 9.00-11.00 am: 
Topic: What is stress / consequences of permanent stress / introduction to the topic of breath and breath training / instruction of a breathing technique and tips for everyday life.

Retreat in the evening from 5.30 - 7.30 pm:
Topic: body awareness / instruction of a breathing technique / instruction of a relaxation technique.

Day 3: 
Retreat in the morning from 9.00-11.00 am:
Topic: Mindfulness / Mindfulness walk. 

Retreat in the evening from 5.30-7.30 pm:
Topic: mindfulness / instruction of a breathing technique / instruction of a relaxation technique.

Day 4 End of the retreat: 
Retreat in the morning from 9.00-10.00 am: Conclusion and instruction of a small meditation.

Between the retreats you can organize your free time according to your wishes.
