For a precious ME-TIME at your home
In the current times, when the world seems to be holding its breath, there are great gifts along with completely new challenges.
Many people are now spending more time at home. Outside distractions like work, cozy get-togethers with friends and wonderful
trips fall away - and create more space for ourselves. We have some tips for you on how you can make good use of this quality of time
for yourself and we would like to accompany you in your heart through these special months. Enjoy yourself!
Good food puts you in a good mood
Now is the perfect time to take care of yourself with time and leisure.
An important pillar of well-being for us is clearly a balanced and healthy diet. As different as we
people are, so different are the ideal diets. Tailored to prerequisites, health and taste,
we guarantee that everyone will find the right way to a greater well-being.
In addition to special cures in the areas of fasting and health, we have specialized in the concept of Marion Grillparzer - and love
to share her insights and especially the wonderful taste of the food with our guests. Marion is not only a close friend,
she invented the GLYX - diet and regularly gives lectures at Goldener Berg. The successful author has
written over 50 books on nutrition and health and landed with many of them on the bestseller lists.
The GLYX principle has a holistic approach, is scientifically based and promotes health.
In addition to weight reduction, GLYX stands for joie de vivre, relaxation and the joy of movement. The simple rules can be
perfectly implemented and integrated into everyday life - even with family.
Marion's favorite curd casserole - a GLYX recipe.
Mix 250 g curd cheese with one egg, a half teaspoon baking powder, ground vanilla, cinnamon and one tablespoon agave syrup
and pour the dough into a baking dish. Wash and halve an apple, remove the core and cut into wedges. Cover the casserole
and bake at 180 °C for about 25 minutes. GLYX PURE! (The recipe is calculated for one person).
Exercise in the fresh air clears the mind
There is an unknown silence in the cities, in the villages and on the mountains. We like to use this
time to take a mindfulness walk. With no destination, no time, and no distractions. These walks are especially beautiful
early in the morning. When everyone is still asleep, you feel the gentle magic of a new day - a new beginning is in the air.
During your walk you concentrate with all your senses on the present moment. You break through
the flow of thoughts and just perceive - without judging.
Eckart Tolle writes in his book "A New Earth: Leap of Consciousness Instead of Self-Destruction":
"Even stones, and much more a flower or a bird, can show us the way back to God, to the source and to ourselves."
We don't want to say much more about this - let your mind rest and feel the pure being.
Self-Love Wellness - start loving yourself!
When was the last time you took time for yourself? To listen and ask the question, "What do I need to be happy?"
When was the last time you thanked your body for all it does and all it is? Whenever you have time, use this
exercise and notice how stress, tension and worry can slowly release from you.
The Pachamama - Exercise
Close your eyes. Imagine yourself standing firmly on the earth.
Let red, thick roots grow into the earth - strong and powerful you are connected to Mother Earth. Through these roots
now let all worries, fears and things you no longer want to carry sink into the belly of Mother Earth.
The earth transforms. She protects us - and helps us wherever she can and whenever she is seen. When you feel that
it feels lighter, then ask Mother Earth for qualities you need at the moment. Fear can become courage. Doubt can become love.
And so feel these wonderful forces being given to you.
Through the roots, the feet, the legs and the chakras they flow into every cell of your body. What color are the forces?
How far beyond your body does this field of transformation envelop you? Bathe in the infinite love, power and strength of
Mother Earth and thank her from the bottom of your heart for her being. Give yourself a humble thank you as well.
Thank you - for taking the time to take good care of yourself!
All the best & see you soon. Pure enjoyment at an altitude of 1,700 meters.
